Shipping And Delivery Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Qwiggo. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We charge a flat Rs. 50 delivery charge for orders up till Rs. 500 and offer free delivery for all orders above Rs. 500.

We aim to deliver all orders as early as possible, however, transit time vary based on delivery address and occasionally delays can occur.

Once order is shipped, you will receive a tracking code using which, your shipment can be tracked.

Shipment and delivery are subject to availability of logistics services in the delivery address.

Shipment and delivery may be affected due to special circumstances and restrictions such as lock-downs, curfews, or any other such curb or restriction.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email (if provided) & SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Qwiggo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside India.
