Steps to Delete Account

Qwiggo takes your data seriously and allows you to delete your account in case you do not wish to continue using Qwiggo anymore.

Steps

Drop an email on support@qwiggo.com mentioning your phone number and name registered on qwiggo.

Our team will reach out to confirm your account details and to confirm if you are the owner of the account.

Once confirmed, we will delete your account from Qwiggo in 10-15 business days.

Data Retention

Qwiggo retains any orders and its associated data that you have placed on the platform indefinitely. We will remove your user information outside of orders and any addresses saved by you in your address book.
