Qwiggo has put in place a no-hassle process to ensure that you can buy from us in confidence and return the item if it you received an expired product (chances are negligible), if you have paid more than the MRP, or not what you ordered.

Shipping Policy

Your orders shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Order are shipped within to 10 working days from the date of the order and/or payment and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. Return & Refund – For products shipped by us

Should you wish to return a product, we will gladly accept the return of packages (the products which come in return) within three (03) days from the receipt of the product. We are happy to initiate a return provided the products are returned unused, with the original tag, in the same condition as you have received it, in its original box and packaging. Temperature-sensitive products are not eligible for any returns. Amount paid by you minus shipping charges, if any, will be refunded to you in 5-7 business days.

Return & Refund – For products that are not yet shipped 

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can cancel your order by writing to us at support@qwiggo.com. Once we receive a cancellation notice and if the order has not been packaged/shipped by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount within 5-7 business days. For orders already shipped the policy stated above will be applied.

Return & Refund – For products damaged in transit

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping the product but some items may be damaged during transit due to circumstances beyond our control. In case you find the product has been damaged in transit, we urge you to not accept the product and send it back. Just drop us an email at support@qwiggo.com and we will send a replacement product right away.
